Job Description:

As Test Program Manager, you will lead the planning, integration, and execution of system-level test and verification activities across development, integration, and transition to operations. You will ensure that the United States Nuclear Detonation Detection System (USNDS) ground segment meet performance, reliability, cybersecurity, and operational readiness requirements prior to operational acceptance and sustainment.

 

You Have:

  • 6+ years of experience supporting large-scale national security space missions in systems engineering, integration, or test
  • 5+ years of experience leading or supporting system-level test programs for DoD space or ground software systems
  • Experience developing and executing integrated test strategies across developmental test (DT), integration test, system test, and operational test (OT)
  • Experience with verification and validation (V&V), requirements traceability, test readiness reviews, and operational readiness reviews
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across engineering, cybersecurity, operations, and sustainment
  • Experience supporting DoD acquisition programs and milestone reviews
  • Knowledge of systems engineering life-cycle processes, including requirements development, integration, verification, validation, and configuration management
  • Ability to communicate clearly and provide senior leadership with objective readiness assessments and risk insights
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM field

 

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience leading agile software programs or test campaigns for agile software programs
  • Experience supporting ground segment integration tests
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
  • Experience with test automation, modeling and simulation, or digital engineering environments
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Master’s degree in a STEM-related field

Travel may be required to sites located across the United States

 

Salary Range:

$96,352 - $206,189

Secret Clearance
