ARDE BEDJANIAN, PRESIDENT

Mr. Bedjanian founded GreenDart in April 2009. He served as Vice President and General Manager at Alliant Techsystems and Vice President at Northrop Grumman. Mr. Bedjanian started at Logicon, becoming an expert in satellite, ground, missile and airborne systems development, Test and Evaluation (T&E) and Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V). Logicon was acquired by Northrop Grumman in 1997.

Mr. Bedjanian holds a Bachelor's Degree in Astronomy from the University of California, Berkeley and a Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from George Mason University.

CYNTHIA FARBER, DIRECTOR OF FINANCE

Ms. Farber is responsible for corporate finances, program control management and proposal pricing. She previously performed business management at Northrop Grumman and prior to that, proposal and business management for Logicon, Inc. Ms. Farber possesses a Bachelor’s degree from California State University, Long Beach and holds a Professional Designation Certification in Government Contract Management from the UCLA Extension Program.

MARTHA DODSON, SENIOR HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER

Ms. Dodson is responsible for all aspects of GreenDart’s Human Resources & Operations. She was previously a Senior Human Resource Manager within the Aerospace Manufacturing & Distribution, Retail, & Non-Profit markets. She holds a BA degree in Education from the University of Maryland.

GreenDart was founded in 2009 on successful software development and Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) principles developed at Logicon throughout the 1980s through the 2000s. GreenDart adds our organically developed T&E, Cybersecurity and Data Analytics processes to our offering.GreenDart evolves these award-winning skills to leverage the power of Agile development, reducing product delivery timelines.
