You Have:
· 4+ years of experience working on large-scale space systems engineering, integration, and development programs
· 2+ years of experience performing and leading a team in the development and management of technical specifications, ICDs, concepts of operations (CONOPS), architectural designs, and integration and test plans
· Experience leading requirements and interface management efforts for a major program
· Experience coordinating and presenting technical changes across large stakeholder groups through review boards, including configuration control or engineering review
· Experience using Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
· Knowledge of systems engineering standards, including IEEE 15288.1 and IEEE 15288.2
· Secret clearance
· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or CS
Nice If You Have:
· Experience performing systems engineering, integration, and testing on space-based remote sensing systems, including SBIRS, Next Gen OPIR, FORGE, WSF-M, or EWS
· Experience using MBSE approaches to manage system definitions and technical baselines
· Experience creating and managing Jira tickets or Confluence pages
· Experience with SysML, Enterprise Architect, CAMEO, or DOORS NextGen
· Knowledge of DoD 5000.01 and 5000.02
· Knowledge of Agile methodologies
· TS/SCI clearance
· Master’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or CS
· INCOSE Systems Engineering Professional Certification such as ASEP, CSEP, or ESEP Certification

Travel may be required to sites located across the United States
Salary Range:
$96,352 - $206,189
