Job Desciption:
As schedule manager, you’ll work with your client to develop and rapidly deploy the next generation of resilient Missile Warning, TISR, and Environmental Monitoring capabilities to deter attacks and provide critical information to our warfighters. Your customer will trust you to schedule planning and development efforts on Major Defense Acquisition Programs, including space, ground, software, or hardware systems. You Have:
- 4+ years of experience with systems engineering or project management, schedule planning, and development efforts on Major Defense Acquisition Programs, including space, ground, software, or hardware systems
- 1+ years of experience creating, maintaining, and updating project-based schedules including critical paths, and comparing actual progress against the baseline
- Experience developing, documenting, and executing a Lean-Agile process to establish and manage Integrated Master Schedules and technical baselines
- Experience identifying scheduling risks or conflicts and implementing remediation and mitigation plans
- Experience applying Critical Path Methodology (CPM) to identify dependencies, calculate float, and expose schedule risks.
- Experience with scheduling tools, including MS Project, Milestones Professional, One Pager Pro, and Microsoft Office tools, including SharePoint, and Excel
- Ability to gather data from multiple sources and stakeholders across the program and display it in a useful manner for the customer
- Ability to communicate and establish collaborative relationships with government clients, Federally Funded Research and Developmental Centers, and associate contractor teammates to achieve program goals Ability to identify, document, and integrate technical and programmatic data describing systems, segments, and external drivers to review and provide input to the Integrated Master Schedule

Nice If You Have:
- Experience performing systems engineering, program management, and schedule development activities on space-based remote sensing systems
- Experience using a Model-Based Systems Engineering approach to manage system definitions and technical baseline
- Experience managing annual schedule activities for remote sensing sustainment programs, working with large amounts of data, and utilizing metrics to improve processes and ensure consistency and standardization across the organization
- Knowledge of DoD 5000.01 and 5000.02
- Knowledge of space systems and their corresponding design, development, manufacturing, integration and testing, deployment, operations, and decommissioning activities
- Ability to communicate, coordinate, and concurrently manage several Program-level, Enterprise, and Integrated Master schedules
- TS/SCI clearance
- Master’s degree in an Engineering, Business, Mathematics, CS, Physics, or relevant field

$96,352 - $206,189
