Job Description:

GreenDart is seeking a Schedule Manager. As a Schedule Manager on our team, you will work with the U.S. Space Force to develop and provide critical information to our warfighters to defeat our enemies in battle. Your customer will trust you to not only test, analyze, evaluate, validate, and verify these systems, but also identify areas requiring urgent mitigation up front and early to develop this system with advanced technology solutions.

 

Job Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience with project management, schedule planning, and developing efforts on Major Defense Acquisition Programs, including space, ground, software, or hardware systems

• 2+ years of experience developing and managing an integrated, end-to-end IMS to analyze schedule impacts and recommend corrective actions for both enterprise and program-level schedules

• Experience developing, documenting, and executing a Lean-Agile process to manage the technical baseline and IMS

• Experience with Critical Path Mapping and scenario analysis

• Experience with the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process

• Knowledge of scheduling tools such as One Pager Pro, Milestones Professional, or Microsoft Office tools, including Project, SharePoint, or Excel

• Ability to identify, document, and integrate technical and programmatic data describing systems, segments, and external drivers to review and provide input to the Operational Capability Schedule

• Secret clearance

• Bachelor’s degree

 

Nice If You Have:

• Experience performing systems engineering, program management, and schedule and development activities on space systems

• Experience developing Inchstone-like schedules for Operational Acceptance

• Experience working with large amounts of data

• Experience utilizing metrics to improve processes and ensure consistency and standardization across the organization

• Knowledge of space systems and the corresponding design, development, manufacturing, integration and test, deployment, operations, and decommissioning activities

• Knowledge of COTS in the DoD

• Ability to communicate and establish collaborative relationships with government clients, Federally Funded Research and Developmental Centers (FFRDC), and associate contractor teammates to achieve program goals

• TS/SCI clearance

 

Travel:

Travel may be required to sites located across the United States

 

Salary Range:

$96,352 - $206,189

 

Clearence:

Secret Clerance
