Position Summary:
GreenDart, an aerospace and homeland security company, is seeking a highly skilled Financial
Technology Program Control Specialist who combines strong financial acumen with advanced
technical capabilities. This role will be responsible for managing all financial aspects of
government contracts including budget tracking, financial reporting, and invoicing, while also
driving operational efficiency through automation and technological optimization. The ideal
candidate will serve as a bridge between finance and technology, leveraging their expertise in
both domains to streamline program control activities and implement innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Program Control:
• Perform comprehensive budget versus actual analysis on government contracts
• Prepare and deliver monthly financial status reports to management and customers
• Manage invoicing processes including review, preparation, and submission of
government contract invoices
• Track contract funding, modifications, and financial obligations
• Ensure compliance with government contract financial requirements and regulations
Technology & Automation:
• Design and implement automated financial reporting systems and dashboards
• Develop Excel macros, Power Query solutions, and other automation tools to streamline
repetitive financial tasks
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational optimization across
financial workflows
• Integrate financial systems and data sources to improve accuracy and efficiency
• Provide technical training and support to team members on financial tools and systems
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems,
or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in financial management, program control, or contract
administration
• Proven experience with government contract financial management
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency including: complex formulas, pivot tables,
VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis tools, and financial modeling
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• U.S. Citizenship (required for government contract work)

Travel may be required to sites located across the United States.
Salary:
$96,352 - $206,189
